counting calories-- not stopping me from eating

I've decided to just write what I eat and no longer approximate calories. I feel that devoting my time to it makes me more stressed out and backfires on me. I feel heavier and binge more when I see that calories/weight is too high. !! I really have to step it up. Time to RESTRICT sugar and stick to healthy foods.
- vegetables
- fruits
- cereal (honey bunches of oats)
- lean meat
- fish
- wheat bread
