Yes.

I finally realized. Eating healthy isn't that easy. These past few months have been stressful such that I turn to eating for comfort. Colleges, work, etc. Now I'm a senior, nearing graduation--I'm much more lax on getting an "A". I'm opening my eyes a little more into the world. Not to mention, I constantly browse the Web to find some inspiration and motivation, I feel like I got it! It's worth a try now. Even if I only have 12 weeks now till summer in which I want to lose at least 24 pounds, I won't stress out about it. As long as the weight is going down, I'm good. My weight's climbed drastically these past few months and looking back, I'm thinking how silly of me. Now, is a new moment. Yes, I'm starting now.

Start of Something New

Hi, everyone. I'm an eighteen-year-old girl quite dissatisfied with my weight. Currently, I weight 123 pounds and my goal is to be 100 pound by the time summer rolls around. Please encourage me through this hard, toiling process. Weight is my number one concern. It takes over my life. My thoughts are consumed by how I look and as a consequence, I lose faith in myself. Recently, I binge quite often and can't control my eating. I may have a disorder but I refuse to admit it. So, I'll take it slowly and try to lose 2lbs/week. I will post what I eat daily and estimate the calories. Hopefully, this blog will help keep me on track. Thanks guys!
