march 19 (what day? too many, go by dates now)

Current weight- 123.4 lbs

SO, i was at kansas city, missouri the past few days, so i wasn't able to blog. here's the gist of what i ate (not counting calories or maybe estimating, because TOO MANY!)

Thurs, mar. 17

B- banana-bread muffin, scrambled eggs, fruit

L- salad and fruit

D- baby back ribs
creme brulee
brownie and ice cream
spinach salad w/ strawberries
asaparagus

Fri, mar. 18

B- blueberry muffin, scrambled eggs, fruit

L- salad, pasta, bread, chocolate cake, chocolate

D- banana, apple, 2 dominoes cheese pizza, one cheesy bread, two cinnamon sticks, lava cake (yum!)

Sat, mar 19

B- 2 cinnamon sticks
Starbucks caramel latte and birthday cakepop

L- fruit and salad

D- chinese food- beef, vegetables, seafood, green bean soup, taro soup, tea
mango, papaya, cutie

i just ate and ate and life seemed happier. but now i'm going to keep tabs on how much i eat, but won't check my weight that often, because i feel that that is what is hindering my progress and making me binge.
