L- 1 cup stir-fry vegetables (150)

Snack- 4 girl scout cookies (280)
1/2 cup coffee w/  cream (20)

D- vegetables, fish, chicken, mushroom all in one cup (350)
sweet potato (70)
banana (100)

Exercise: walked 45 min (-100)

Total Calorie Intake: 1200 calories

  1. You lost 0.8lbs already? Ah, lucky. I weighed myself yesterday right after lunch and I was 124.2 >.<
    You seem to be doing well with food and exercise, especially since you're still in high school, and I know how stressful it is around this time when college decisions are about to come out (I'm a first-year in college now)
    Be careful next year though when you get access to college dining halls! I gained the freshmen 15 and it was horrible. Plus, people are always tempting me to get ice cream for dessert just because they got it -.-
    Reading your blog motivates me though!

  2. I'm happy I lost .8lbs but I doubt that trend will keep up. I am getting anxious as college decisions are just around the corner. Hopefully I remain strong don't let them affect my eating habits.
    Thanks for the heads up on college. I'm very worried about it, actually.
